If you are not satisfied, Please contact us with 30 days for a refund or an exchange. All exchanged or returned merchandise must be in original factory condition with no modifications or alterations.

Returned merchandise must include original packaging materials, warranty cards, manuals, instructions, etc. If the returned item requires repackaging, your refund/exchange will be subject to a repackaging charge. How to return an item: After contact us with your request we will issue you a RMA number with specific instructions. Please do not return with the RMA. Please re-pack the item in a sturdy box, include a copy of your invoice and complete the form on the back of the invoice. Returns must be shipped prepaid. CODs are not accepted. Shipping costs for exchanged merchandise will be charged to your credit card. Refunds are subject to inspection of the item. Items that are returned after 30 days are subject to a 15% restocking charge. Fiberglass items returned will be subject to a 15% restocking charge. We are unable to accept returns on electrical parts, special order or closeout merchandise. Special Order Items may not be recurred or require a restocking charge.

Missing Parts: We must be contacted concerning any missing item within 72 hours of delivery. Canceled Items: If we can cancel the Item prior to the shipping, the customer will receive a full refund. Product Availability Availability of all items in this catalog are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue products, services or accessories without notice. Price changes are due to manufacturers and material fluctuating costs. In the event of extreme increases, you will be notified promptly before we ship. If there is only a slight increase, you parts will be shipped at the prevailing prices. We assume no liability for errors herein. Some parts may not be legal for sale or use in some states including California on any pollution controlled motor vehicle Back Orders The invoice located in the packing slip of your order will notate any items that were out of stock at the time of shipping. The unavailable items will be back ordered unless otherwise specified on your order form or verbally to a sales representative when placing your order by phone. Back orders are usually shipped when the products arrive at our warehouse without prior notification.

Restoration Performance will make an effort to contact the customer if the back order is more than 90 days old. If you wish to cancel a back order, please notify our customer service department immediately. The customer will be responsible for a restocking fee and freight charges if the back order is cancelled or returned after the items are shipped. Billing and Shipping Address Please have the billing address if using a credit card to pay for your order. All credit cards are verified by the name and address before shipping. You may have your order shipped to a different address providing the cardholders name and address matches the credit card you are using. You may be asked to contact your credit card company and have your shipping address added to your account.

Truck Freight Shipping (Only in contiguous US.) Products that require truck freight are indicated as such and must be shipped via truck freight. This indicates that the product is too large for ground delivery and must be shipped by truck freight. There may be items listed herein that are not indicated as truck freight. These items must be pre-paid in advance including freight charges before the shipment can be sent. Truck Freight rates could be higher depending on what is being ordered and the destination. Should the customer’s delivery require special handling (lift gate service, re-routing, additional freight charges, etc.), any and all additional fees will be billed to customers credit card. Acceptance of truck freight shipment is acknowledgment that additional charges will be incurred. Please include a commercial business address when selecting “Business address” .Shipping to a residential address is only available if the address is the same as the billing address used for payment of order. *Any commercial address in a rural area (farm/school) is considered residential, and will not qualify for “Business or Commercial” freight cost.

IMPORTANT DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS: PLEASE INSPECT ALL TRUCK FREIGHT SHIPPED ITEMS OUT OF THE BOX BEFORE SIGNING FOR THE DELIVERY. If parts arrive damaged or missing, please do not SIGN for delivery and REFUSE the package. If the driver will not let you refuse it without signing for it then sign DAMAGED or PARTS MISSING.

If the parts are refused and not damaged or missing, the customer will be responsible for shipping. If the driver refuses to let you inspect the delivery please accept the package and sign DRIVER DID NOT LET ME INSPECT PARTS <— PLEASE NOTE FAILURE TO INSPECT THE PART(S) PROPERLY AND NOT OUT OF THE BOX FOR A 100% INSPECTION WILL RESULT IN FORFIETING DAMAGE CLAIMS FROM DELIVERY COMPANY, AND NO REFUND FOR DAMAGE WILL BE APPLIED OR GRANTED. In the event you received damaged items please supply the following instructions required by the Trucking Company. Every sheet metal panel that we sell is inspected and then carefully packaged to protect against damage that may occur during transit. If damage occurs we require notification within 48 hours of delivery and we will require photos emailed to sales@classicbodyparts.com. At least 1 photo should show the entire part. A photo of the box it was shipped in is also very important to the investigation. A photo of the shipping bill you signed when you received the items with documentation of damage.

Please be Aware: Carriers have 30 days in which to acknowledge a claim. Carriers have 120 days to process a claim to resolution. When multiple parties are involved, the resolution time may be longer. An inspection report does not serve as a claim nor is it an acknowledgement of liability of the carrier.

Free ground shipping How does it work? Good on pre-paid, retail orders that meet the minimum purchase requirement. Good on standard ground shipments only in the contiguous U.S. Additional charges may be applied for oversized items or special order items. Air, COD, and truck shipments are excluded from free shipping offers. We reserve the right to ship via truck freight on large orders at our discretion. Oversized Standard Shipping Oversize is the designation for UPS ground or UPS Standard packages that meet one of the specifications for billing purposes. Oversize 1 (OS1) designates a combined length and girth exceeding 84″, but less than 108″. Actual weight is less than 30 lbs, and is billed at 30 lbs. Oversize 2 (OS2) designates a combined length and girth exceeding 108″ but less than 130″. Actual weight is less than 70 lbs, and is billed at 70 lbs. Oversize 3 (OS3) designates a combined length and girth exceeding 130″ but less than 165″. Actual weight is less than 90 lbs, and is billed at 90 lbs. We reserve the right to charge oversize fees on any order containing oversize products, even if it is not indicated on the web site. We reserve the right to charge oversize/overweight fees on any order containing oversize products. Oversize/overweight products are excluded from free shipping policy.
